Though I was born in California, I’ve always felt like a Colorado native—my dad’s roots are here, and I’ve called it home since I was 10. My love for animals started early, thanks to my mom, who has a deep admiration for all creatures. One of my dad’s favorite sayings growing up was, “Awww, a girl and her dog…”—a phrase we still say today!

My mom not only taught us the importance of caring for another life but also the patience and love that comes with it. So, as soon as I was able, I adopted a dog of my own! In 2012, my husband (then boyfriend) and I welcomed our first fur baby, Sasha. Our family grew with the addition of our Tortie cat in 2016 and our youngest pup in 2021. Needless to say, I have plenty of inspiration right at home!

Mandala Doggies began as a way for me to capture the spirit of my own pets through intricate, mandala-inspired designs. What started as personal artwork soon blossomed into something much bigger—an opportunity to bring joy to fellow animal lovers by immortalizing their beloved companions in a unique and meaningful way.
